Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you full command over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
